He has built a reputation for clear judgment, disciplined execution, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

His leadership background spans healthcare delivery, managed care, government, and private industry, with executive responsibility across operations, technology, analytics, facilities, governance, and multi site performance environments.

Throughout his career, Richard has advised CEOs, executive teams, and Boards on strategic planning, capital priorities, organizational redesign, enterprise modernization, and high impact decision making. He is known for bringing structure to complexity, restoring accountability, and helping organizations move from stalled discussions to measurable forward progress.

His experience includes leadership responsibility within organizations exceeding $300 million and $2.5 billion in scale, oversight of more than thirty sites, and support environments serving hundreds of thousands of members and patients.

Beginning in October 2027, Richard will offer select advisory engagements to boards, ownership groups, CEOs, and executive teams seeking experienced counsel during important moments.
